‘Outlander’ episode 13 video: Jamie fears for his life

As near the end of the first season of “Outlander,” you are most likely going to see more and more complications for Claire Fraser and her new husband in Scotland. Specifically with the upcoming episode “The Watch,” though, it is Jamie who finds himself in the greatest amount of peril.

As you will remember from the end of this past episode, we saw Sam Heughan’s character receive who was a most unwelcome guest at Lallybroch, and they were ready to take his life. This is a story that is tied once again into his past, and it could pose a threat that is great. While it may be different than the threat he faced from Black Jack Randall, it is still quite a significant threat nonetheless.

So where do we see this story heading in the end? Most likely to a place that will force Jamie and Claire to work together in order to get themselves out of this predicament, though we would also be more than fine if this is a story that actually allows Claire to take more of the reigns as hero. After all, most recently we have had two separate occasions in which he had to work to save her life after she was captured. It is always nice to see a big turnaround in some way.
