‘The Walking Dead’ season 6 spoilers: Some early new character scoop

It may have taken a little while, but we are starting to finally get some insight into just who we are going to be meeting on “The Walking Dead” next seen. In case you are wondering, this should be the look on Daryl Dixon’s face anytime he gets the chance to say “hello” to someone new.

As per usual, though, AMC is being somewhat stingy on the details. What we know at the moment is that according to E! News, there are two characters who we could be meeting on the series at some point early on during season 6. The first is supposedly named Delvin, who is somewhat cynical and does not hold his tongue very often when it comes to dealing with people he deems to be unintelligent. Meanwhile, we also have another character coming in “Tucker,” a man who values working hard and getting back exactly what you put into a given task.

The reason we act with some ambiguity when it comes to the names here is fairly simple, at least in that the show does not have a tendency to release actual character names with their casting notices. This is a way to try to surround them in as much secrecy as possible for a long time. This effectively enables people to be somewhat surprised, including comic-book readers, when they tune in to new episodes.

Ultimately, though, we know that there are some characters that diehard comic fans are waiting for right now. For example, we know for sure that one of them has a name that rhymes with Reagan and we are assuming that we will see him at some point
