‘The Originals’ season 2 spoilers: What happens when Dahlia arrives?

Originals -As you may know at this point, “The Originals” is off the air until Monday, April 6, which is when “Exquisite Corpse” is going to air on The CW. As thrilling as that may be, it is the episode after that, entitled “Night Has a Thousand Eyes,” that has us the most potentially excited. After all, this will be the arrival of Dahlia formally to New Orleans, and be all about the chaos that Klaus and company are about to face. Just in case dealing with her was not bad enough, he also has to worry about the return of is father, and what could happen to Hope.

The CW on Wednesday night released for the first time the full synopsis for this installment; be sure to check that out below:

“Desperate to find a way to vanquish Dahlia (guest star Claudia Black), Klaus (Joseph Morgan) soon finds himself face-to-face with another deadly threat – Mikael (guest star Sebastian Roché). Meanwhile, as Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) and Rebekah (guest star Maisie Richardson-Sellers) work with Freya (guest star Riley Voelkel) to track Dahlia’s whereabouts, Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) prepare a safe house in Algiers with the help of Josephine (guest star Meg Foster). Elsewhere, determined to protect Hayley and baby Hope, Jackson (guest star Nathan Parsons) approaches Hayley with a risky idea that leaves her conflicted. Finally, Aiden (guest star Colin Woodell) finds himself torn between his loyalty to Jackson and his secret alliance with Klaus.”

Clearly, there is a whole lot going on here, but we personally hope that Dahlia stays put in some capacity until near the end of season 2. We feel like the longer she stays, the more dangerous she becomes and the more interesting the story is. The same really goes here for Mikael.
