‘The Fosters’ season 3: Premiere date speculation, more for Maia Mitchell, cast
Tonight, the story on “The Fosters” is going to end for the time being, but that does not mean that you will be without Teri Polo, Maia Mitchell, or some of the show’s other cast members for the rest of the year. As a matter of fact, the third season will start airing this summer!
Earlier this year, ABC Family did us a solid in confirming early that there would be a third season coming. One of the reasons why they announced that there would be a season 3 this early may simply be a way to ensure that they had the time needed to write and produce some of these episodes so that the show could return this summer. Of course it also helps get fans excited for it’s return.
Regardless of what happens during tonight’s finale, we really do not imagine that you are going to see many things that are necessarily that different from what you have seen on the show so far. This is a story in many ways about overcoming obstacles; most of these kids have not been dealt the best hand in life, but there are still some out there who care for them. They just have to ensure that they turn some of the negatives in their lives into positives, and grow up to become the best versions of themselves that they can possibly be.
As soon as we have an official premiere date for season 3, we will have it for you here. As of right now, the easy guess here is going to be early to mid-June.

I think that Ana will die. If you look at the finale, the car actually crashed through Jesus side, and since he’s leaving that might be the smart thing. Have them all deal with a death in the family. I think that would make a for a great season. I mean, I love Jesus, but what is more real than showing how the death of a sibling affects everyone!!

OMG I hope they show how hard marriage really is. Everyone keeps getting pregnant and divorced so I hope they shed a light on how hard it is to stay committed. I HOPE THAT FATALITY IS THE OTHER DRIVER. It might be Robert or Ms. Principal since she was drunk. Who knows right? How is #Jonnor gonna work out? Is Jude really gay or he’s just androgynous? AND PLS #BRALLIE COME BACK TO US SHIPPERS.

I am pretty sure it is Jesus who is the fatality. They confirmed he won’t be returning for season three, but that might be because he went off to boarding school. My bet is he is the one who died though :(

Well, I wouldn’t say “they’re the reason MOST OF US watch the show” because I certainly don’t feel that way! That may be the reason YOU watch the show. Don’t get me wrong, I love their part in the show, they are not the reason I watch!

great show so far. i read from the spoilers that jake t austin is leaving the show and I’m kinda heart broken. how ever insignificant people say his role is, they all contribute to the show in a major way. i hope it wasn’t jesus who died. better if they just say the person who hit their car was the one who died

in my own personal option they should put judes and Connors relationship on the front line and combat the fathers homophobia and stand up for gay rights (fyi im not gay and im just male supporter)

With all due respect, they and their part/roll aren’t the only reason some of us watch. However, I’m sure they will have more coming for them since they are just beginning a relationship. The other characters have some good plots and are interesting as well.
Also, you all need to remember that the third season has already been recorded so it is what it is as we get it.
