‘Chicago Fire’ season 3 spoilers: Izabella Miko cast as…
The cast of recurring players on “Chicago Fire” season 3 continues to expand. This past episode saw the beginnings of Warren Christie’s time on the show, and based on how he fares over the course of the coming weeks, early claims are that he could be a major part of the show’s future.
While we don’t have any long-term news on the following casting, we are at least happy to have something to report. According to Deadline, Izabella Miko of “Clash of the Titans” has been signed on to recur on the upcoming NBC drama series. Specifically, she is going to play a stripper of Eastern European heritage who does not have this particular line of work in her long-term plans. Unfortunately for her, she finds herself in a not-so-great place at some point during the season moving forward.
“Chicago Fire” is currently in the midst of a run of new episodes, and there will be another one airing come Tuesday, March 17. After that, though, we will be most likely on hiatus until April, and the show will pick back up with its much-hyped backdoor pilot for “Chicago Med.” Whether or not this show becomes picked up for a full season will likely depend both on ratings and audience reaction.
Ultimately, it’s probably fair to say that Miko’s first appearance on the show will come at some point after that. There is not a whole lot explicit scoop out there in regards to what happens after the spin-off finishes airing.
