‘Glee’ season 6, episode 11 preview: Lea Michele, Jonathan Groff reunite in ‘We Built This Glee Club’

The wait begins -For some of its final episodes, “Glee” is going to see the story get crazy, and also a little bit nostalgic at the same time. We’re still trying to get over the idea of having Sue Sylvester as the coach of Vocal Adrenaline.

“We Built This Glee Club” is the title for this installment, but the interesting thing about the story is that a whole lot of it is going to revolve mostly around whether or not Rachel Berry is going to be moving forward with her career outside of Lima, Ohio once again. The synopsis below mentions not only this big story for Lea Michele’s character, but also that we are going to see the return of Jonathan Groff as Jesse St. James for the first time in quite a while:

“At the sectionals, New Directions and the Warblers battle it out, while Rachel faces a decision on whether to return to NYADA or take a role in a Broadway show with former boyfriend, Jesse St. James.”

Even though we’re glad to see Jesse back (Groff and Michele are friends in real life), we’re going to have to wait and see just what his role on the series really is. In theory, he could have a role in all of the final episodes. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

The other big theme of this episode is sectionals, which is the last time we’re going to see the epic competition between schools that we saw the first time.
