‘The Flash’ episode 15 preview: A longer look at ‘Out of Time’

Have you enjoyed the journey on “The Flash” so far? Then we figure that the upcoming January 17 episode “Out of Time” may be up your alley and then some.

If nothing else, the new, extended promo for the episode certainly makes it seem, at least on the surface, that this episode is going to be worth the wait. The entire promo below teases that Cisco Ramon is finally going to figure out the truth about Harrison Wells’ abilities, and it may be tied to an investigation that he does on the lab to figure out just who was really there when the Man in Yellow a.k.a. the Reverse Flash first showed up. We basically know at this point that Wells was engaged in a fight against himself, but nobody else could tell that without any sort of special technology.

As exciting as this is (and it is very exciting), there are still many questions. For example, we do not exactly know what Wells’ ultimate intentions are. For example, he told Eiling that he wants to “protect” his own, and that to us means meta-humans. How is what he is doing any form of protection? That is something we are waiting to see a little bit more of as time passes.

Given that we do still have a decent stretch of new episodes still to come, we figure that there is going to be time for some of these questions to be answered. Let’s just hope the show pays off what has been a pretty excellent journey so far.
