‘Arrow’ season 3, episode 11 podcast: Talking ‘Midnight City,’ surprising decisions with Jessa

Arrow -Wednesday night’s all-new episode of “Arrow” was entitled “Midnight City,” and it was an episode that contained a variety of different surprises within it. Some of them were good, but if we are being completely honest, there were a few others that still have us rolling our eyes a little bit.

Luckily, this podcast is here specifically so that we can talk about these further! Below, you can see us (meaning Matt Carter and Jessa) go through some of the events of this particular episode, and they include what is to us the biggest question of all: Why in the world is Oliver Queen still alive. How did this happen? The show seemed to gloss over some of the good stuff, and is either trying to just get away with not saying everything, or they have some deeper plans for it down the road. For the time being, let’s hope with every fabric of our being that this is the latter.

Away from this, we continue to praise the Danny Brickwell character while also questioning Felicity’s actions, discuss the arrival of Black Canary, and in the end discuss some of the latest “Arrow” news, which includes the return of the Suicide Squad during an upcoming episode along with the “Supergirl” casting (which could in theory be important to this universe, depending on what the producers of the show and CBS decide).

This is just one of our many podcasts that you can find over on our iTunes page; we have many others over there, and they are all worth a listen!
