‘Britain’s Got Talent’ 2015: David Williams, Alesha Dixon, more confirmed to return

We come today bearing what we personally believe to be rather glorious news for the future of “Britain’s Got Talent“: The show has now confirmed that the entire judging panel is going to return! This means you will be seeing more of David Walliams, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, and Alesha Dixon when the series returns to ITV in the spring. Auditions start filming next week across much of Britain.

We really cannot express our joy about this enough, mostly because this may be our favorite judging panel in all of television. With that being said, Walliams in particular may be one of our favorite people period, mostly when it comes to his hilarious antics, which at times include frequent trolling of Simon Cowell. We’ve compiled our three favorite David moments below, and these are so good that we could watch them a million times over.

In a statement today, Simon had the following to say about the show, and sort of about his fake apathy for David:

“I’m really looking forward to starting auditions on Britain’s Got Talent next week … I feel very confident in my role as a judge on the show and I look forward to hopefully finding a star. Amanda is so much fun to work with and has great instincts. Alesha has proved to be a brilliant judge, has an amazing eye for talent and is a pleasure to be around. And, then there’s David…”

We would not be shocked at this point if “BGT” ends up far surpassing “The X Factor” as the top talent show in the UK, mostly because it takes itself far less serious and leaves the door open for a variety of silly antics. Sure, there hasn’t been an enormous winner of the show in years, but the series can still take ownership of Susan Boyle.
