‘Shark Tank’ video: Lumio highlights; more on TurboPup

We’re going into another new episode of “Shark Tank” tonight, and somehow, we still do not know the identity of one of the products being shown. Crazy, right? It’s the first time that this has happened to us in well over a season.

To go along with that, ABC is dropping the ball yet again when it comes to releasing sneak peeks. Maybe the two episodes this week managed to overwhelm the promo department. Regardless of what it is, we wanted to continue the tradition of giving you a little something more prior to this episode coming on the air. Let’s start here with the attached image for TurboPup, which is a product that has a few interesting things going for it. First and foremost, we like the presentation in the attached image, and the look of the logo makes some sense for what sort of brand that this is. This is basically an on-the-go nutrition bar for the active dog, which could be useful for many who like to travel, hike, or go places where a bowl of dog food is not as convenient. While we don’t have a dog in need of this (our dog is a princess and she knows it), some will.

Also, the attached video below gives you more insight into Lumio, which may be one of our favorite products of the season. It may be a little on the pricey side, but we like everything from the name to the design to the function of these portable light sources, which really can be put away like almost nothing compared to other lamps. Also, it’s a great potential QVC product, since we feel like this is something that works well with an attached demonstration.

Of course, there are factors in here like valuation and also business structure that we cannot account for here, and we’ll have that tonight in our review.
