‘Hart of Dixie’ season 4, episode 2 promo: The CW chooses to be rather cruel…

Great news! Earlier this week, The CW decided to release their first promo for “Hart of Dixie’s” return in January!

Unfortunately, here is the bad news: There is absolutely nothing new that is in the promo. For some reason, the network decided to just reuse footage from the premiere in this new “video,” which may be for a simple reason. As of right now, the network is planning to re-air the premiere “Kablang” again on January 9, and will wait to start airing new episodes again until Friday the 16th.

So what’s the reason for this move? The biggest one we can think of at the moment is that the producers and the network want to make sure they save as much of the good footage as possible for when it gets a little closer to the next episode airing. Also, this proves that moving the premiere to December really was a little way too boost ratings for the show, which is currently in some danger of ending after this season. As a matter of fact, we’d say that it needs to improve its numbers if it wants to stay on the air. Right now, it and “Reign” are the two shows we are the most worried about.
