‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ episode 11 preview: Neil Patrick Harris, Jamie Brewer arrive

As it turns out, there is another reason to be excited about the return of “American Horror Story: Freak Show” with new episodes on Wednesday, January 7: Getting to see more and more people that we love take part in the show!

Let’s begin here with Neil Patrick Harris, given that his character of Chester is going to become the new owner of the Freak Show. Based on what we see here, this is probably not going to be good news for anyone. He seems to have it out for many of the characters, and has an infatuation with Bette and Dot to go along with it.

With that being said, it is pretty cool to see him playing some sort of terrifying magician, given that this is a guy who is already known for being a lover of magic in real life (and on “How I Met Your Mother”).

Meanwhile, you also have the return of an old favorite in Jamie Brewer! While she is clearly not in as many episodes this season, she is one of those actors who is fantastic enough that we want to see every single chance that we can on the show. Hopefully, she will find a great part for herself on the upcoming fifth season, as well.

So how do we suggest getting through this wait? Our simple suggestion for you is to figure out a way to watch old episodes or speculate. Just don’t go too crazy and turn into Twisty or anything. Nobody wants that.
