‘Survivor: San Juan del Sur’ finale rankings: Natalie Anderson, Baylor Wilson, Keith Nale square off
Our “Survivor: San Juan del Sur” finale coverage continues today with something that has become a fun tradition late in the season: Rankings.
While we haven’t loved all of this season, what makes this interesting right now is looking at who the final five are, and then figuring out who has a good shot of winning versus who has a good shot of getting to the final tribal council. We’d say that save for Missy, everyone at least has a shot at this … and maybe even she does with some sort of miracle scenario playing out.
This is where we’ve stacked up the remaining castaways, but you can always vote for who you want to see win in the poll below!
5. Keith Nale – He actually has a pretty good chance of winning against anyone, except for maybe Natalie, if he makes it to the end. With that being said, that seems unlikely. Given that he has for sure votes from Alec and Wes, we feel like his only path to the final tribal council is winning the last two immunities. We feel like his story arc ended when he “stuck to the plan” last episode.
4. Missy Payne – We actually have liked much of her game, which included choosing sides, being manipulative, and creating this sort of family atmosphere in her alliance. The problem is that she hasn’t shown the right amount of tact for the jurors. She is likely to make it to the end, but unlikely to receive more than a vote or two.
3. Jaclyn Schultz – She is the wild card right now. Maybe she makes it to the end, and Jon rallies really hard with the emotional story, her status as a swing vote most of the season, and some of the moves that she made. Still, we don’t see her getting votes from Josh, Reed, Jeremy, or Keith, if he is on the jury. She at least has a shot at everyone else.
2. Baylor Wilson – We’ve felt that there were subtle winner vibes for Baylor most of this season, and we still feel like she has a good chance. The problem here is counting the votes. She’d probably need to be against her mom and Jaclyn to win, and while she may get Alec’s vote and Wes, Keith, and Jeremy’s, Jon is for sure Jaclyn, and Josh and Reed would probably for Jaclyn, as well.
1. Natalie Anderson – If Natalie makes it to the end, she wins. She has no real enemies over on the jury, and Jon didn’t even seem bitter about the blindside. Her problem here is that if she works to get rid of Keith, suddenly she is the biggest threat by a mile at final four. If we were her, we’d think about taking a big risk, and trying to find a way to keep Keith so that he can be the obvious final four boot. That way, she’s not fully reliant on immunity wins.
