‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5 spoilers: Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson on Christmas Special

In just a week from tonight, you are going to get a slice of Christmas cheer, and it is all courtesy of “Pretty Little Liars.” Suffice it to say, there are a variety of surprises in store for you.

In the video below (via HollywoodLife), you can at least get a little more insight into what lies ahead, and it comes courtesy of all of the show’s stars. Specifically, the likes of Lucy Hale, Troian Bellisario, Shay Mitchell, and Ashley Benson all describe what was to them a very fun episode to film. It’s completely different than anything else that has been done since the beginning of the series, and it is a combination of charming, creepy, and extremely dramatic.

So what’s with the party, which is what the characters are all dressed up for? Apparently, this is a part that is being through by Alison’s family, and the Liars are all mostly showing us as a distraction. They need to do just about anything that they can in order to ensure that Spencer is safe, and not turned over to the police.

The only other big of information that we can offer about this big episode of the show right now is pretty simple: Don’t expect there to be answers on everything when it comes to this show within the context of this one particular episode. Some of these secrets are going to take a little while to unfold, and there is still a second half of the season still to come that will begin in January.
