Pitbull, Ne-Yo perform during Fox’s Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Halftime Show

Fox -Every year, Thanksgiving football means an opportunity watch a number of things that you may not always watch at other points in the year, and that may include for some of your relentless NFL coverage. There were three separate games on throughout the day, but only one has a massive halftime show that is also a campaign for the Salvation Army: The Dallas Cowboys.

At the midway point of the show Sunday between the Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles, rapper Pitbull took to the stage for a massive show that included cheerleaders, energy, and plenty of dancing to boot. There was also a surprise appearance by Ne-Yo at one point during the show.

The great thing about the performance was simply that Pitbull is a big entertainer, and he loves to put on a show. He is not even remotely close to being a great singer, and at times his rapping even leaves something to be desired. We figure that the real reason he still succeeds the majority of the time is his relentless confidence. If you believe that you are great, you can convince others of that from time to time. With that being said, that hosting job he has at the American Music Awards needs to be discontinued as soon as humanly possible.

We are probably going to see a whole lot more of Pitbull over the course of the next year, mostly because he is the sort of performer who never really goes away.

As for halftime shows, the next big one to report on will probably be during the Super Bowl with Katy Perry.
