‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5 spoilers: Danny’s price to pay

While “Hawaii Five-0” may not be airing a new episode on CBS Friday night, there is still quite a bit to look forward to moving forward.

One such thing to anticipate? Seeing what is going to happen with the Danny character after what he chose to do to his brother’s murderer. The show has seemingly moved on to some other subjects as of late, but don’t worry: They are going to be going back and touching on this issue more soon enough.

Speaking in a new interview with TV Guide today, executive producer Peter Lenkov explained that there are a couple of stories that were set up earlier this season, and are still going to be paid off long before this season comes to a close:

“There’s going to be a price to pay for what [Danny] did … The same with Chin Ho borrowing the money from Gabriel — that’s going to come to a head also.”

Hopefully, what we are going to get out of this mostly are some action-packed stories that really make Danny confront himself, and realize better some of his actions and the consequences that can come with him. With that being said, we’re going to be pretty depressed if anything too terrible happens to the guy. After all, hasn’t he been through enough as it is?
