‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4 spoilers: Elsa searches for Anna in ‘Fall’

For those of you who have been desperately hoping to secure some more information on Sunday night’s “Once Upon a Time” episode entitled “Fall,” we believe that we now have some very good news for you in the form of the long-awaited synopsis.

The good news about this episode is that we know that we’re going to see a whole flurry of faces that we haven’t seen in a while, and that includes more of Prince Hans and even the return of Blackbeard, who has not been a part of the show in a while.

The bad news? Anna and Elsa are still in turmoil, and the synopsis below makes that very clear:

“As the Spell of Shattered Sight approaches Storybrooke, Mary Margaret and David rally the residents to prepare for the curse while Belle and the fairies work together on an antidote. Gold, with Hook as his reluctant servant, sets about an exit strategy of his own. Regina and Robin Hood ready themselves for the worst while, with the help of a locator spell, Emma and Elsa search desperately for Anna. In Arendelle, Anna and Kristoff awaken to find that their kingdom is once again in danger.”

Given that this is the ninth episode of the season, there is no guarantee that all will be resolved here. We more expect resolution to come in the tenth episode of the season, and for the midseason finale to be a proper transition between the first half of the story and the second. Given that the information about some of the characters coming up is already out there, there is no need to craft the same sort of shock cliffhanger.
