‘Gotham’ fall finale spoilers: Watch Alfred be incredibly awesome right now

Do you want to see some crazy-cool things taking place on the “Gotham” season finale? Well, we’ve got another look right now at a little of what you can expect from this episode.

The whole purpose of this “Lovecraft” preview appears to be just being able to remind us of how incredibly awesome Alfred is, and how he is willing to get his hands dirty for the protection of young Bruce Wayne. This to us has been one of the greatest things and revelations about this series; this is not just the sharp, sly old man from the comics who helps to make sure that the Batman is prepared for his various crusades. He is more than capable of holding his own, as well. Then again, he’s also younger, and we’re not sure that this Alfred would be able to survive very well, either, were it twenty years or so down the road.

For Bruce Wayne, this story is all about the journey, and nothing too terrible can happen to him now. After all, he still gets to be Batman in the end! The same goes to a certain extent with Selina Kyle, who is also featured here. Killing off her before she becomes Catwoman would basically be one of the biggest disappointments ever.
