ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 4, episode 8 preview: Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn’s ‘Last Supper’ drama
There is a level of intensity coming up on “Scandal” next week, and with a title of “The Last Supper,” you can almost be assured that there will be fighting, screaming, possibly some crying, and a few moments where your jaw hits the floor. Also, we hope that there will be a few moments in here when some of the male characters on this show breathe for a minute. Has anyone every told them that they need to calm down?
Well, we can at least say that Kerry Washington and Tony Goldwyn are going to have some hugely important storylines during this episode, as each one of them realizes that there are some bigger fish to fry than they first thought, while also most-likely still pining for each other.
Meanwhile, Huck and Cyrus are each going to be served up a slightly different version of reality. All of this and more is made clear in the hour’s official synopsis:
“Fitz and Jake continue to fight over Olivia, but Olivia needs them to focus on the real prize, taking down Command. Meanwhile, Huck longs to connect with his family and Quinn continues tracking Kubiak. Back at the White House, Cyrus’ exploits finally catch up to him, but Elizabeth North’s plan is much bigger than anyone ever expected.”
Basically, the official promo below via ABC was largely about one subject, and that is the alliance taking place between Olivia, Fitz, and Jake. Can they all team up in order to destroy Rowan once and for all?
