‘The Good Wife’ season 6, episode 5 video: Alicia learns the truth about politics

Are you ready for another big episode of “The Good Wife” season 6? Well, there is going to be one on Sunday that absolutely has to qualify as one worth watching.

In the sneak peek video below, Alicia Florrick is going to take some tough pressing from Eli when it comes to one subject that is going to be key to this episode: The early stages of her State’s Attorney campaign. As you would expect, it is going to be very challenging for her to dive right into this without any bumps in the road. It’s not like she can suddenly run for an office without having any complications that come with.

According to Eli, one of the biggest issues is whether or not Peter and Finn can share the same stage, and which endorsement she really needs the most at any point in time.

What do we think matters the most when it comes to this preview? More than anything else, it is that with running for office comes hard choices, and potentially even some hurt feelings. What’s also interesting about this is how quickly Alicia’s decision to run has already exploded on the national stage. She and Peter are now the new political power couple, and that may have been something they were not prepared for going into this.

We’re quite excited for this storyline, but at the same time, we also feel a little bit like we don’t want it to overwhelm anything else on the show. Luckily, we feel like the presence of Carrie Preston and others will help to make that so.
