‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: When is the premiere date for Chris Soules’ season?

Chris Soules -While we cannot say too much about “The Bachelor” at the moment, we can at least give you one thing worth smiling about: The close-to-official premiere date for the new season starring Chris Soules.

In a post on Twitter, host Chris Harrison made it very clear that the official start date for the farmer’s journey on ABC would be none other than Monday, January 5, and we are assuming that the time here is going to be 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.

As for what we know about the journey so far, it is that farmer Chris is going to be impressing (or at least trying to) countless women in a variety of different locales, including Los Angeles, New Mexico, and most likely a few other places across America in the world. There will be hometown dates, overnight ones, and in the end, only one person will be left standing.

Unfortunately, Harrison and the producers have been especially quiet about the filming process so far, and are either trying to just temper expectations to the best of their ability, or hoping to avoid spoilers. We don’t know why they even bother if it is the latter, given that the show almost always manage to be spoiled regardless. We just try to find a way to avoid that stuff, and then focus on almost everything else happening over the course of a season.

For those wanting more timeframe information, “The Bachelor” will most likely run until around the middle of March, and then the next season of “Dancing with the Stars” will begin.
