‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 3 spoilers: The latest casting revealed

As of right now, finding out more scoop on “Beauty and the Beast” season 3 is no easy task, and there is a very simple reason for that: The show’s still filming! Also, with its premiere date likely far into the future, there is no reason to rush any particular announcement.

With that being said, we are still very happy to have something worth discussing right now. According to TVLine, former “Golden Boy” actor Brandon Gill is going to be guest-starring, starting in the fifth episode of the season, as Detective Wesley Atchison. This character was originally named Detective Harris, but that has changed for some bizarre reason.

Wesley will be a new partner for Cat on the force, and he seems to be more than excited to work alongside her. Could this working relationship turn romantic? If it does, it would go against almost everything that we have heard about the new season so far. Most of the information out there about it right now suggests that it will not be making any sort of effort to break Kristin Kreuk’s character up with Vincent (Jay Ryan), and the two will find a way to make their relationship work.

Regardless of what happens, we will just be excited to have the show on the air again. It’s been such a long time since we’ve seen these characters in action, and after having them around the fall schedule for two years now, it is extremely noticeable with them gone.
