‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: A tiny preview via Stephen Amell

In just over a week now, “Arrow” season 3 is going to premiere with new episodes. With that in mind, why not share a tiny sneak peek of what to expect courtesy of one of the show’s stars?

In the video below posted to Stephen Amell’s Facebook, you can see a few seconds that are most likely either the opening to a flashback sequence, or an opening to the episode itself. Either way, it’s a chance to see what Oliver Queen was up to while in Hong Kong. At the moment, this is one of the most mysterious parts of the character’s journey. He has not been so keen on sharing most of his past, and that includes anything and everything beyond his time on the island.

What we do know is that the second episode in particular could be a huge one for the flashback story. This is where we are going to see a little bit more when it comes to the return of Colin Donnell as Tommy Merlyn. Oliver is going to have a blast from the past when he notices that the two are crosses paths … and in a very surprising way.

As for some other things you can expect this season, get ready for Oliver to question his identity, for him to get closer to Felicity, and for him to even be challenged professionally. Brandon Routh is going to have a huge arc this season as Ray Palmer, a man who DC Comics fans know as the Atom.
