‘Glee’ season 6: Dianna Agron joins Chris Messina new Sam Smith video

Who knew that Dianna Agron was going to get so many awesome opportunities when it comes to music videos?

Last year, the “Glee” star made an appearance in the song “Just Another Girl” by one of our favorite rock groups in The Killers; meanwhile, she is now starring alongside Chris Messina of “The Mindy Project” in “I’m Not the Only One,” the new music video by soulful singer Sam Smith. This is the same man who has taken the world by storm with “Stay With Me,” and he also has another wonderful song out there in a featured role in “La La La.”

In this video (which is clearly one of her most adult works to date), Agron stars as a housewife who is drive to drinking and other devastating things after learning that her husband (Messina) has begun to cheat. This is certainly not the most pleasant video of all time, even if Smith’s voice is lovely and you get some little glimpses of him interspersed in here with everything else going on in the video.

So will we ever get a real shot at seeing Dianna on “Glee” again in the future? The jury is still out on that. We certianly know that Ryan Murphy would love to have her back, and every original cast member has been invited to appear. It is probably just going to come down to a matter of scheduling, and having the right story available for her at the right time. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
