‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Josh Murray, Andi Dorfman put to the test!
When “The Bachelorette” returns on Monday night with new episodes, there is one thing that we can confirm you’ll be seeing plenty of: Indecision. Andi Dorfman has had it about Josh Murray since the very beginning. He was the only guy that wouldn’t blow smoke when it comes to the lie detector date, which is something that we praised him for in our most-recent podcast. However, Andi did not exactly appreciate that.
So the date that these two are going to share on the episode Monday night will be of the make-it-or-break it variety, since if she doesn’t see what she wants to from him during this time, she will probably not opt to go back close to her own hometown to meet his family. Maybe the show is just trying to make things more dramatic than they really are in the most-recent press release given that she is way into him, but the portion of the ABC synopsis talking about their date Monday sure is dramatic:
“Andi’s next one-on-one date is with Josh in the quaint town of Ghent. The two stroll hand-in-hand past historic landmarks and through the beautiful countryside. There is just one thing missing from this perfect date and without it, Andi is doubtful she will be making a trip to meet Josh’s family. After exploring Ghent and lighting candles at St. Baafs Cathedral, the couple arrives at the magnificent Castle of the Counts. They are treated to an outdoor concert by popular country duo American Young to end the magical night, but will Andi be able to give Josh a hometown date?”
Here’s what we do not understand about the musical selections on this show sometimes: Why are you not just booking someone who has ties to the region? It seems like it would be so much more romantic and in the element to highlight the music of Belgium rather than bring someone so patriotic that they have “American” in the name of their band across the pond.
Ranting aside, this is one that should be interesting to watch just to see whether or not Andi is going to wake up and realize that Josh hasn’t really done anything wrong other than be honest about what he is feeling, even if it’s not always what she wants to hear.
