‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 7 finale spoilers: The Sheldon mystery

When “The Big Bang Theory” airs its season finale a week from Thursday, it may be safe to say that you can expect some pretty significant change. After all, when was the last time that you saw Sheldon with this sort of facial expression, and in a place that doesn’t look normal for him?

This is one of the first photos from this big episode, and it does raise a big question: What is Sheldon doing? Is he simply trying out some new hangouts, going on a job interview somewhere else, or have some sort of even-more-shocking plan for his future? We can’t imagine that he’s going somewhere for a long time, since there’s only so much that is going to fit in that bag.

It is clear that Sheldon is struggling in a variety of ways right now. He’s lost his idol in Professor Proton (which was a part of the incredible episode from Thursday night), and he is also right now struggling to figure out whether or not he is able to handle a career in String Theory. He’s devoted his entire life to the pursuit of it, but unfortunately, he has gotten nowhere in actually solving anything.

As for some of the other characters, they have their own changes to think about right now. Leonard and Penny are currently evaluating their relationship again, and Raj has to figure out whether or not Emily is the right girl for him in the long-term. Their relationship has been pretty solid, but you have to think that there are going to be some problems that come up eventually.
