‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3 spoilers: What does the future hold for Regina, Robin Hood?

“Once Upon a Time” is finally going to be back on the air come March 9 with new episodes, and when it comes to romance, you’re not going to have to wait very long for some more news to break.

If you look back at earlier this season, it was almost written in the stars that the perfect man was out there for Regina in Robin Hood. Unfortunately, she was not too keen on listening to the advice of Tinker Bell, who gave her a few little hints about his identity and where he was located. Whether it was fear or something else, she backed away from the opportunity at the very last minute.

Now, that opportunity is going to be right back at her doorstep, and she has to figure out whether or not she wants to take it. Speaking on this subject in an interview with TV Guide, executive producer Adam Horowitz let a little of his own insight be known on when we could see Regina and Hood together, and whether or not a relationship could be in the cards:

“[We’re] going to see them meet very shortly — in fact, in the next episode … Whether true love happens or not, it’s going to be hopefully a very interesting road that they travel together.”

By the end of this season, we should at least have a better insight into the future for these two characters; for the time being, we are just happy that there is more of Sean Maguire coming, given all the hype earlier on about his casting. There has not really been a whole lot to come out about it since.
