‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 4, episode 12 video: A longer look at Grace Park’s return

As we have said when it comes to “Hawaii Five-0” this season, the biggest point of conversation has been Kono. Everyone has been waiting for Grace Park to be back full-time, and starting on Friday night, that is when you are going to see her in action.

The only unfortunate thing in the midst of all this is that the new preview released by CBS doesn’t really give that much away at all when it comes to the story. All we can really see on it is that she is back, but that her mission is not entirely over just yet. At least the rest of the team is overjoyed to see her, and they can all start to press onward and figure out the future direction of the team.

Over the time that she has been away, Chi McBride has been promoted to a series regular, and hopefully this appearance will in turn allow for even more energy on the show. But what has always made the Kono character special when it comes to the fans is that she has such a natural connection to the setting, which could in itself be a character on its own. Hawaii is different than any other location on TV, and it’s a huge part of why this show works.

This episode marks a key part in the season, since we are at that halfway point of the action. There are many interesting adventures and stories ahead, including the “Fan Built Five-0” episode where the fans decide many of the little key elements of the episode.
