‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6 spoilers: A look into ‘One One Six’
While there have been some details released already about the “Sons of Anarchy” premiere “Straw,” which will air on Tuesday, September 10 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time, the focus of this particular article is on what actually comes after it.
The September 17 episode carries with it the ambiguous title of “One One Six,” which, like “Straw,” is something that probably makes about 1,000% more sense once you actually watch the episode. On its own, it more or less sounds just some sort of emergency code. Any rational human being would just say one hundred and sixteen unless there is some sort of specific meaning to it.
FX also provided a short synopsis to go with this title which is about as vague as you would expect, given that they do not want to spoil the premiere:
“Jax deals with collateral damage as external pressure continue to stack up against SAMCRO. Written by Chris Collins & Adria Lang; directed by Peter Weller.”
Weller will be acting on the show a little later this season in addition to his directing duties. The only question that we have is as follows: How long can SAMCRO really last until it caves in? Clay could theoretically cause more chaos from behind bars if he says the right (or wrong?) thing to Lee Toric, and there are also all of the threats and rival clubs on the outside.
If you haven’t seen the latest promo for “Sons of Anarchy” season 6 yet, take a look at it here. It will give you another reason to be afraid of Toric, and in awe of Donal Logue’s performance.
