NBC’s ‘Parenthood’ season 5 spoilers: A new man enters Sarah’s life
While we cannot sit here and say that the latest “Parenthood” season 5 casting has to do with a new love interest in Sarah’s life, we know that there are plenty of people out there who will think about it, anyway. Nonetheless, let’s go ahead and dive in here with the latest casting from the NBC show.
According to a report from The Wrap, Josh Stamberg of “Drop Dead Diva” fame will appear in at least five episodes of the show, playing the part of a “charming” neighbor that lives in the apartment building that Sarah manages. Just from the adjective alone, we know that this name is probably going to incite some sort of panic … but should it? We will leave that debate up to you for the time being.
What we can say about Stamberg right now is that if he is into Sarah, he is going to have some competition based on the news that Ray Romano will also be in an even larger portion of the season, reprising his popular role as Hank from last year. If you remember from the finale, Hank made an interesting offer for Sarah, and while it is ambiguous what she is going to do as a result of it, we’re assuming that he will be involved in her life still based on a sizable presence in the new season.
“Parenthood” finally has the 22-episode season that it has so deserved for some time now, and it will be rather interesting to see what the show ends up doing with it.
