‘The Walking Dead’ season 4: Trailer, October premiere date unveiled (video)
While at Comic-Con in San Diego this weekend, AMC confirmed that Sunday, October 13 is going to be the official start date for the show, and you can see the first epic trailer for it below. This clip basically delivers on giving us almost everything that the writers and producers have been hyping up for some time: Zombie violence, more walkers than ever, character moments, and also haunting music that reminds us that this is not a picture-perfect world that so many of these people are living in right now.
This video does give you a first look at Lawrence Gilliard Jr. in his role as Abraham, one of the new major characters that we’re going to be seeing plenty of on the show. It also suggests more of a role for Tyreese as the survivors try to understand whether or not the prison is really the best place for them anymore.
Some of the best moments in here overall could be for fans of Glenn and Maggie as a couple, and also Rick so long as you love witnessing Andrew Lincoln shoot things and look authoritative. However, the most poignant moment of all may come through something as simple as a knife tutorial, mostly because it serves as a reminder of just how much this world has really changed from what it once was.
What do you think about this trailer, and are you ready now for “The Walking Dead” to crawl back onto your TV? If you do want to also see some other highlights from Comic-Con this year, be sure to visit our link here.

Lawrence Gilliard Jr is Bob stooky (Who in the comics was the medic in woodbury who helped the Governor) NOT ABRAHAM! Roy Stark who has yet to be appeared, but announced for the season is described like Abraham. Also the fact a white comic book character played as a black guy, wouldn’t make fans put two and two together and question it.
