‘The X Factor’ USA: Kelly Rowland, Demi Lovato dance talk, Fifth Harmony, and more

The X Factor

For the two and a half minutes that you watch the video below, it is quite possible that you are going to be more excited about the upcoming season of “The X Factor” than either of the first two seasons. As for why, it’s really all thanks to the fact that the people involved on the show really all seem to be having fun. We don’t have any negative reports coming out about anyone, there are no shouting matches at the judging panel, and Demi Lovato and Kelly Rowland especially seem to have a great friendship worked out.

During this video, the real highlights to us are as follows: Seeing Kelly Rowland teach some woman how to “twerk” (we feel weird just typing the word), Demi Lovato explaining why not everyone gets to see her version of the dance, listening to Kelly try to get Simon Cowell to sweat a little bit, and some pretty nice product placement for Fifth Harmony’s new single “Miss Movin’ On.”

We have to give Simon some major credit here: The man is really trying to promote these ladies as the next big thing. He’s talked about them on Twitter, he’s now put them in videos, and we imagine that the next natural step in the evolution here is placing them in the show itself. We’re sure that they, along with reigning champ Tate Stevens and likely Carly Rose Sonenclar and Emblem3, will have opportunities to perform during the upcoming season’s live results shows.

This is not the only big news that we have today when it comes to Fifth Harmony: If you click here, you can also watch a preview for the ladies’ new song “Me and My Girls.”
