‘Falling Skies’ season 3 spoilers: Connor Jessup talks intense upcoming finale

Falling Skies“Falling Skies” has taken us as viewers on quite a journey over the past several years, but there is also one other key element in here to remember: This same journey is not over yet, and is still going to be more than intense moving forward.

If you remember from a previous article, series star Noah Wyle teased up an upcoming season finale that offers up at least a little bit more in the way of closure than some past season-enders, especially when it comes to the issue of how many cliffhangers you have. While this may be true, remember this: The show has also been renewed already for a fourth season, meaning that there is still some sort of thread that you want to leave open to keep people excited for more.

With that in mind, take a look at the quote from Connor Jessup (Ben) per TVLine, and see it as proof that there are still quite a few intense moments coming up on the show:

“There’s closure and completion in the sense of some plots are wrapped up. There’s no closure in the sense of, ‘We win the war and the aliens go home.’ There are still cliffhangers.”

While shows like this often take their time in order to answer most of their big questions, we still feel pretty good that we can say the following with some confidence: This show is not going to be answering the main questions surrounding the invasion until the very end.
