Alien: Earth season 2 premiere date: A June 2026 update
Is there a chance that we are going to be hearing something more when it comes to Alien: Earth season 2 before the month is over? We absolutely want it, but will it actually happen?
Well, the first thing that we should note here is that all signs do currently suggest that filming for the FX sci-fi series is starting off this month — and how can that not make you eager for what the future holds? Shooting this time around is happening in London and of course, it is our hope that there is going to be so much more to share here within the relatively near future. How could we not want that, all things considered? We do hope that there are going to be a willingness to share a few different story notes; it is hard, mostly because this is a show built on secrets and lore that will be guarded in as careful a manner as possible.

Now, we just have to discuss possible release dates — and what exactly can we expect to see when it comes to that? Well, let’s just start by saying that we would be surprised if the show comes out before late 2027. Not only is this series that takes a long time to make, but you also have to remember here that it is one that requires a lot of visual effects and post-production. None of this stuff is going to come together quickly and in a lot of ways, we simply have to be aware of that.
We just hope that season 2 is going to do everything that it can to further along the lore about some of the other alien species. This not just going to be about the xenomorphs, right?
