The Testaments season 2 spoilers: More on Agnes’ revelation

We already know that The Testaments season 2 is going to be coming to Hulu at some point and based on the events of the finale alone, there is so much that the producers are going to need to unravel.

What are some of the big stories now? Well, Becka and Garth are now married, and there is a great deal that may need to be explored by virtue of that. Will he ever tell her about Mayday? Meanwhile, how risky is Daisy going to get when it comes to some of her plans?

As for Agnes, she now moves forward with clear knowledge about her mother, and absolutely this is the sort of thing that could radically change a lot when it comes to how she views the world around her. Speaking to Gold Derby, here is more of what showrunner Bruce Miller had to say on that subject:

“If you think about how Agnes grew up, regardless of her relationship with the memory of her mother, June Osborne was a terrorist … I think she’s horrified by what that means in terms of her personality. Is she going to have this residual June-ness that she has to deal with? It’s what keeps her so strong the whole first season, but I think it absolutely changes all of their relationships.”

We do think Agnes already recognizes that June is not what others say about her but at the same time, there are so many parts of her own upbringing that are difficult to shake off. We foresee a lot of this being an ongoing process, one that could take a consider amount of time to unravel fully.
