FROM season 4 episode 5 preview: A desperate search…

Next week on MGM+ you are going to have a chance to see FROM season 4 episode 5, a story that is important for many different reasons.

Where do we start? Well, let’s just go ahead and note that by the end of this installment, we are going to be at the halfway point of the season. Given that season 5 is going to be the final one, that should make it all the clearer just how sky-high some of the stakes now are! We are anticipating a lot of big twists and turns around the corner at this point, and the only advice we can offer is simply to be prepared for some answers … but also new questions.

Boyd and Jade set off on a desperate, mind-bending search for answers, while a food run to the settlement takes a chilling turn.

When it comes to the Boyd storyline, we do tend to think his desperation is likely amplified by the fact that he has started to see a number of confusing visions including the latest one regarding the wedding rings. What is going on with that? Is Acosta reminding him of his past? Meanwhile, given that Jade is a part of this, we also wonder if mushrooms are going to be involved.

The food run story, meanwhile, could be just directly connected to what is uncovered in the lake — in other words, the cliffhanger at the end of episode 4. We know that Ethan has considered all of this a part of a quest, but is what little optimism he has about to be shattered? It is fair to wonder.
