Your Friends & Neighbors season 2 episode 7: A wild weekend

After the somewhat atypical installment of Your Friends & Neighbors this week on Apple TV, do you want to look towards season 2 episode 7?
Of course, we should start off here by noting that there is a lot to look forward to, with much of it tied to the fact that the series will be shifting slightly back to what it was before Coop’s family tragedy. Granted, we do think there are emotional takeaways that could define him for the rest of the season, but it may take some time for them to take hold. We just would say that if you have been hoping

Coop and Sam attend a wild weekend at Ashe’s Hamptons estate. Mel takes things too far in the battle with her neighbors.
(To think, so much of the neighbor drama began with a situation revolving around dog pool — and look where it is heading now.)
We are starting to get closer to the end of the season and with that, we have some major questions. Take, for starters, if we are about to near the end of the Owen Ashe arc. Will James Marsden stick around long-term and if not, how can Coop get away from him? Some of the thievery this season has taken a back seat to the drama around the character but in the end, that makes a measure of sense — we do not get the feeling that the writers are out to deliver the same thing on repeat. (The same can be said moving into the already-renewed season 3.)
