Fire Country season 4 episode 13: Max Thieriot on crossover
Tomorrow on CBS, you are going to have a chance to see an awesome TV event: The Fire Country – Sheriff Country crossover! These two series are going to tell a more cohesive story that incorporates a lot of characters and, of course, presents a lot of danger.
Now, it is true that we have seen some small crossovers here and there throughout the season — but suffice it to say, this is different. We are not talking about an event here where you can watch just a single episode and be fine. You will need to check out both but really, we tend to think most people involved want you to see both.

Speaking to TV Insider about this event overall, here is some of what Max Thieriot had to say:
I think one of the big things is just get to feel these two departments in this town, these two units work together on something was a big task and something that we put our heads together to try and figure out what felt like the right incident. But the other thing was really making it feel like one big seamless episode where we really embedded ourselves in Edgewater. So really getting to live in the world and feel these two shows existing in the same town, I think, was big. And I think considering we also filmed the episodes some in Toronto, some in Vancouver, I think we were able to accomplish that really well.
The fact that these two shows film in different parts of Canada is honestly one of the most wild things about the crossover — doesn’t this make it so much more challenging logistically? Yet, at the same time, we do still think that we will get some sort of crossover every season depending on how long they are both around.
