Paradise season 2 episode 5 spoilers: What is Link’s endgame?
Paradise season 2 episode 5 is going to be coming to Hulu in just one week’s time, and of course we have a lot to think about already. Xavier is now out in the world with Annie’s baby after her death, though he has encountered a mysterious stranger who seems to know Teri.
Meanwhile, Link has turned up to Paradise, where he has done his best to emulate Love, Actually with the cue cards. It is clear that he believes fully he’s doing the right thing when it comes to Alex … but is he? This character comes across at times as earnest, but can he really be trusted? How much more is going on with him?

Well, speaking to Gold Derby, executive producer John Hoberg had the following to say about if this guy is a friend or foe:
“I’m a big believer of you’ve got to be careful, because sometimes the quiet, goofy one might be the smartest one.”
We know that Link does have more knowledge of this universe than almost anyone else, and for good reason. We saw him in the past with some sort of connection to whatever Sinatra is chasing, so he clearly recognizes the significance of it … but also how dangerous it may be. We tend to think that whatever he is doing, he legitimately believes that it is the right thing. However, could he do the wrong thing to get to his desired result? That is, at least for now, a lot of what makes this show and the world so interesting.
Ultimately, we are at the halfway point of the season and with that in mind, we tend to think that every part of the story will get bigger and crazier from here on out.
