The White Lotus season 4 premiere date: The best-case scenario

At this point, we consider ourselves lucky to have a lot of the information we do regarding The White Lotus season 4 at this point. After all, consider that we’ve heard about multiple castings, including some icons like Helena Bonham Carter. Meanwhile, the plan is for the next season to be set in France, a place that is full of luxurious locations and cultural institutions.

All of its, in its totality, is the sort of stuff we would love to see sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, that does not mean it is going to happen!

So what is the earliest we could end up getting the Mike White series back on HBO? Well, assuming that almost everything in the world goes right, we would argue that spring 2027 makes a whole lot of sense. That gives the series plenty of time to film over the months ahead and after that, also a chance for post-production to happen where White is not rushed in the process. We would love to say that it will surface next January, but that feels overly optimistic given the time needed to make something great here.

In general, the lineup for HBO over the course of next year feels rather robust already, given that you have this show, more The Gilded Age, another chapter of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and presumably more True Detective on tap to launch. This is without even knowing the specific plans for Task season 2 or when we are going to see an IT: Welcome to Derry season 2 renewal. We would love to see it happen at some point in the fall of that year, but time will tell!
