‘Breaking Bad’ season 5: New poster featuring Bryan Cranston is all sorts of amazing

Breaking BadIf you ever wanted the visual equivalent of Walter White saying “I’m the one who knocks,” the latest poster AMC has revealed for the final eight episodes of “Breaking Bad” comes pretty darn close to taking the honor. It’s ominous, creepy, and a not-so-subtle reminder that Walter White still believes himself to be the most important man in the room.

Granted, the “Remember My Name” makes us raise the question in our mind: What name is Walt wanting to be remembered by, his own, or Heisenberg? Either way, we have a feeling that this man’s going to continue to use his fear tactics once again in these final episodes to try and get his way. To think, this was once a humble science teacher. Now, he’s running an empire, and while he started to turn things around and leave his “cooking” business behind during the end of the first eight episodes, we imagine that Hank discovering Leaves of Grass is probably going to change things.

“Breaking Bad” will be over before the month of September is over, and that gives you some sort of insight into how quickly these eight episodes are going to blow by. The one reminder that we can give you is that creator Vince Gilligan has promised that the finale is in some ways going to be a “victory,” but not necessarily in the way that you would first assume when you hear the word.

What do you think of this poster? As always, we want to hear your thoughts below! If you want to read something a little bit sillier (and completely unrelated to the premiere, but still “Breaking Bad” related), the link here should give you your daily chuckle.
