‘Big Brother 15’ spoilers: Check out media day footage (with surprise guests!)

We’re going to take a brief break now from our “Big Brother 15” houseguest spotlight series to focus on something that has become a bit of a fun pre-show tradition along with “The Talk” preview show: Watching the media members all battle it out inside of the house. It’s so silly, yet every media member / “Big Brother” fan not invited wishes that they were just for the child-on-Christmas-morning kind of joy that comes with seeing this place for the first time.

However, there were a few twists thrown into the mix this season. “Big Brother Canada” member Jillian McLaughlin was one of the “houseguests” squaring off with the journalists, and if you watched the season north of the border, you’re probably not going to be surprised by anything you see in the videos here. (Sadly, CBS has no embed on these.)

Are there any spoilers within here about this season of the show? Not at all; heck, the houseguests here are nominated like in past seasons, and the eviction is down to just two people. However, you do still get a sense as to what sort of fun the producers are going for this year when it comes to the challenges, and it is a relief to know that above all, they still value such super-important things as silly costumes and mass humiliation. There is also an appearance from a surprise guest and it’s none other then  “Big Brother” favorite Dan Gheesling!

Even though the winner of the Canadian show was in the house, there’s still bad news for Canada in that despite some rumors from earlier this week, we have yet to see any tangible proof that the live feeds will be made available outside of the United States and its territories. We don’t like the move, but we’ve already written a pretty lengthy and informative article about why this has happened this year, when it past years SuperPass allowed them to play just fine. (Anyone who continues to say that it is a retaliatory move by CBS after “Big Brother Canada” locked their feeds in America needs to be trapped in Pandora’s Box for eternity.)
