NBC’s ‘The Voice’ finale: Christina Aguilera, Pitbull, Bruno Mars, more set to perform
Tonight on “The Voice,” we learned that Michelle Chamuel saved us from having to witness an all-country finale, as she overtook Amber Carrington and will be performing against longtime favorite Danielle Bradbery and the underdogs known as the Swon Brothers.
So while we’re going to save our personal contestant rankings for this weekend, there is some other pressing news to announce here and that is the performers who will be stopping by the show’s epic finale next week. There is a lot of time here for NBC to fill, so of course they are going to stuff it with as many different artists as possible, including someone that they are rather familiar with already.
Christina Aguilera – Given that Pitbull is also listed as performing for the finale, you may as well pencil in that Christina is going to be rocking out to the hit “Feel This Moment.”
Bruno Mars – It’s worth noting that Bruno is currently off recovering following the tragic loss of his mother, and this was recorded last month prior to the news of her passing.
Florida Georgia Line – This country group should please all of the fans of the genre watching the show; in addition to that, they should have a little bit of hip-hop infused courtesy of Nelly, who will be stopping by join them on their crossover hit “Cruise.” Basically, these guys are what the Swon Brothers hope to be.
There will be a winner crowned somewhere in here, as well, but if that’s all you care about, you know that the final five minutes are really the only thing that matters.
