‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 finale spoilers: ‘Perfect Storm’ hints, season 10 dreams
In just a few short hours from now “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9 is going to be at an end, and we will have to begin the process of letting go to a series that has been through some pretty heavy bumps in the road throughout the year. There has not necessarily been a devastating shocker throughout the year thus far, though much of that may be due to the fact that we’ve already spent most of the year trying to get over the last one: The devastating plane crash in “Flight” that caused us to lose Lexie and later Mark.
Before “Perfect Storm,” another potentially-deadly event, arrives on ABC tonight, here are a few final pieces of information to get you amped up.
1. There’s no guarantee of death – As if that actually makes you feel somewhat better about this, we don’t have a quote suggesting anyone will die. We would be surprised if there is a major character that does.
2. There will be great emotional pain – Cristina, Owen, Callie, or Arizona by the end of this episode will likely feel almost like their soul is dying.
3. Expect cliffhangers – While Alex and Jo have built a strong foundation, there’s no guarantee that tonight will be the night they get together. The same goes for Jackson and Avery.
4. The groundwork for season 10 – Whatever happens here will carry over and, much like the plane crash, serve as the base template for the show throughout most of the new season.
There are still a number of other resources to check out if you just can’t wait too much longer to catch “Grey’s Anatomy” on the air. If you visit the link here, for example, you can see a sneak peek featuring many characters; meanwhile, be sure to also check out the latest scoop on what Cristina and Owen are really up against.
