‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 finale spoilers: The Jessica Capshaw – Sara Ramirez ‘talk’

Just in case you were wondering as to whether or not “Grey’s Anatomy” was really going to dangle the carrot about Arizona cheating on Callie over your head all summer long, we now have an answer for you that you may be able to really appreciate: A confrontation of sorts is going to happen during Thursday night’s finale. As a matter of fact, the conversation about what happened with Lauren will potentially bleed over into something else.

According to a new report from TV Guide, whenever the dreaded “talk” does happen in the episode between Jessica Capshaw and Sara Ramirez, a mysterious beast that has been bubbling underneath the surface will come up at possibly the worst time imaginable. What will this be? With this spoiler being of the “teaser” variety, we’re not going to ruin all of the fun for you now by spelling it all out. Then again, you can probably figure this out on your own anyway.

As for the future of the Lauren character, we don’t mean this in any way as a slam against Hilarie Burton, but she’s pretty much a non-factor. Her whole purpose was to drive tension between Callie and Arizona and force the couple to ask tough questions about each other. Other than that, we don’t know if there is that much more of a purpose for her. Not only that, but are “Grey’s Anatomy” fans (passionate as they are) really going to be willing to sit around and talk about having a woman stick around who could have nearly ruined the relationship of some of our favorite characters? It seems like this is an easy way to turn your fans against you.
