‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ preview: Tamra Barney, Vicki Gunvalson fight again
Well, this is going to feel pretty familiar: On Monday night’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County” episode, there is going to be a fight between two of the ladies! Specifically, we’re talking about Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Barney, who have seemingly relished the opportunity as of late to alternate between being good cop and bad cop. At one moment, it is Tamra that is flipping out over the slightest change to the system. The next? It’s Vicki complaining over a little comment, or someone acting in a self-interest that does not compute.
In the situation mapped out in the video below, it seems to be pretty simple: Tamra is annoyed that Vicki seems to be blowing off her Wines by Wives event in making the decision to take off to some dinner in Los Angeles that she has planned out for six months, and goes into a tear suggesting that if this was Vicki’s vodka or some other venture, she wouldn’t be doing it.
We’re sure some of you are throwing up a big fat “who cares?”, and for you, our suggestion is to stop reading now. Otherwise, you’re about to get hit with so much more of the same in the episode synopsis below:
“Tamra doubts Vicki’s commitment to their new business venture when they face off in a nasty argument that abruptly ends their Malibu wine-tasting trip. Alexis and Jim celebrate the grand opening of their trampoline park. Meanwhile, Tamra worries that Eddie is more committed to his bike-riding habit than her, and Heather and Terry hit a roadblock in their relationship when it’s revealed he went too far in an argument, uttering a word that hits too close for comfort to some of the other Housewives.”
So basically, we can re-title this episode “Tamra Wants Commitment.” We don’t know what the “word” is at the center of the Heather / Terry argument, but we have a feeling that it is probably going to make us feel very uncomfortable, mostly because that is how we always feel watching real-life fights between couples on this show.
