‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 finale spoilers: What is Ellen Pompeo being praised about?
Anyone who works on a show that runs 24 episodes deserves a little bit of praise. After all, you’re completely exhausted physically and mentally, and yet at the same time you have to find a way to go out and deliver some sort of performance that you can ultimately be proud of.
So for Ellen Pompeo, you have to chalk up what she is doing right now on “Grey’s Anatomy” as a victory. Not only is she going through the wringer that is this commitment without looking like an extra from “The Walking Dead,” but she is doing so with her own sort of special effects on: A fake baby bump. During next week’s finale, her challenge is going to be having to struggle to give birth to her first biological child with Dr. McDreamy himself, all while a massive storm is raging across Seattle. If you thought the weather made residents of the city depressed before, wait until you get a load of what happens this time around.
Shonda Rhimes has managed to make her characters go through so much over the years that even the cast of “Lost” feels safe. She recently told TVLine about the sort of stormy whether (physically as well as metaphorically) that she is about to face:
“It is probably the exact opposite of any situation that anybody would want to go into labor in, but it’s also works exactly how we want it to.”
Do you remember those mysterious words that Rhimes famously whispered to the director? Well she’s still not saying anything about it. (You’ll have to find this one out when the episode actually airs, folks!)
Of course, Shonda’s not done here: If you want to hear what she also had to say about the future of Callie along with Arizona, all you have to do is venture on over to the link here.

Okay, so she tweeted topless. Ellen have you thought about playing Ana in Fifty Shades of Grey. You already have two down and a few left to go…..the no top and the Grey. Of course you would need McDreamy to be the male part of the two-some to make it work right. How would the spouses feel about that? Talk about therapy! I dare you to give it a go BUT you still have to keep Grey Anatomy going strong for years to come. Yep, I want it all.
