‘Dexter’ season 8 teaser: Michael C. Hall makes a ‘Masterpiece’
Someone at Showtime must be working overtime with all of the new “Dexter” season 8 clips that are hitting the internet these days, but we really aren’t going to complain about it. It’s been nice to have a continuous stream of new videos to share, especially when the ones that we are looking at are as cool as the one that we have featured below.
In this video, Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) discusses something that he really has not thought too much about over the years: What will he leave behind? He is a father now, and with that in mind, he has to start consider a little bit as to what his legacy could be with that. With that in mind, he puts a picture on a metaphorical wall that is of him, right alongside the myriad of notable people he has killed over the years.
If you are a longtime fan of the series, you are probably going to cherish the opportunity here to try and find all of the notable people that Dexter has killed, whether it be Travis Marshall, the Trinity Killer, the Ice Truck Killer, Lila, or Miguel Prado. The most interesting thing about last season is that the big players were not people that Dexter necessarily killed via traditional means as he actually formed a bond with Isaak, and he and Hannah had what was quite possibly the strangest relationship ever.
What’s your take on this new teaser, and do you find it the same sort of “masterpiece” that Dexter himself suggests? If you haven’t seen another recent trailer talking about the progression of Jennifer Carpenter’s Deb, just be sure to head on over to the link here.
