ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 2 finale spoilers: A scary situation

There may not be much available at the moment when it comes to major scoop on ABC’s “Scandal,” but at least the following is out there: we are in for a little bit of drama of the worst kind for the show’s second-season finale airing in the middle of next month.

According to E! News, we at least know that there is one group of people who will be involved in a key scene that takes place … and they are EMTs. Suffice it to say, this cannot be good when it comes to most of the other characters hoping to live to see another day. Not only are they going to have to deal with everything from love triangles to political posturing, but now there is the very dark (and very serious) possibility that someone is not getting out of this hour alive.

We know that the cast have at least been made aware of the plans at this point, as Shonda Rhimes confirmed on Twitter that she and the team has already had a table read for the last episode of the season. Filming will take place next, and while the cast look forward to a little bit of time off for rest and relaxation, they have to prepare to bring out some of their biggest emotions of the year for the story that lies ahead. Hopefully, at this point we’ll understand a little bit more about who this Jake character really is, and what sort of intentions that he has for everyone else.
