‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 finale spoilers: Ellen Pompeo joins Twitter, speaks out

Ellen Pompeo has had herself quite the first day on Twitter! First of all, she’s managed to secure a username that is pretty easy to remember … mostly because it is her actual name. In addition to that, she also managed to present her first impression of the upcoming “Grey’s Anatomy” finale within her first five tweets. Not bad, Ellen; not bad at all.

Of course, she (like every other star on the show) is bound to secrecy out of fear of Shonda Rhimes coming up with some “devastating tragedy” to kill her character off (kidding!).  We don’t know whether or not there will be any death within the finale next month, but you can expect plenty of drama based on what Pompeo had to say about the script alone:

“Don’t worry . @shondarhimes won’t tweet any OMGfansaregonnafreakout moments from the finale we just read #anotherfinalehomerun”

Want to know anything else? You’ll be waiting for a while, and we’re honestly okay with that. In a world stuffed with spoilers left and right about what is going to happen, occasionally it is nice to have a few surprises to give you that jaw-dropping feeling that you hope for at the end of an episode. With that being said, we’ll of course have a little bit more scoop moving forward to this episode, and also plenty of speculation since it’s always fun to play detective.

As for what sort of storyline we expect for Meredith moving forward, it’s really all about the pregnancy right now, isn’t it? In between that and her Alzheimer’s revelation, she has a full plate.
